Creating a Custom Report in Contacts

Create a custom contact report in Contacts in order to customize and keep track of certain contacts based on your needs. In Contacts, you are able to filter and use columns based on your preferences to get a detailed list of the guests you want to see. Interested in seeing the contacts for your returning guests only, for instance? Check out the steps below to see how you can create your custom contact report. 

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. From the top menu, click People.
  3. From the drop-down, choose Contacts.
  4. Click on the plus icon next to Filters.
  5. Choose the relevant filters based on your preferences.
  6. Click Save. You will be redirected to your Contacts list.
  7. Click Columns.
  8. Select the relevant toggles.
  9. Click Save as at the top of your Contacts list.
  10. Add a name for your custom contacts report.
  11. Click Save.
  12. To download a CSV file of your contact report, click the Download as .CSV icon in the top-right corner of the report. Learn more


View any of your saved custom contact reports at any time by clicking the downward arrow next to the name of the current report in the upper left-hand corner.


Want to remove a filter? Click on the existing filter and select Remove from the bottom left-hand corner of the pop-up.
