Orana Stay

Orana Stay is a digital guest guide and concierge that will help you create an amazing experience for your guests, save your time, and boost revenue. Orana’s integration with Guesty transfers any listing updates to the guest guides, making it easy and efficient to maintain.

Copy the Guesty API key

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the Integrations Center icon.
  3. Click Guesty Marketplace.
  4. Search for "Orana Stay" then click Connect.
  5. At the top right click Connect.
  6. In the pop-up, copy the Integration token.
  7. Click OK.

Important:

The API token is valid for 4 hours only, proceed to the below steps to connect the partner immediately.

 

Connect Orana Stay with Guesty

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to Orana Stay. To register for an account, click here.

  2. Click Management Dashboard, then Integrations.

  3. On the Guesty tile click Connect.

  4. Paste your Guesty API key copied in the steps above.

  5. Agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click Validate token.

    1. You should now see the "Validate token” button has turned green and a message that “Orana Stay and Guesty are successfully connected”.

  6. Set up your guides in Orana: The Guesty listing’s information will be available for you to use all of the fields to create the guides. You can find complete information here.

 

Sending the guides to your guests 

Once the guides are created, Orana Stay will feed them into two variable fields in Guesty:

  • “GuideStayURL” (generic property guide)
  • “PropertyStayURL” (digital concierge guide with property information included).

We recommend adding these variables to your automated messages set up in Guesty so that guests receive the property guides and are able to access their digital concierge guide. See more information here.

For each reservation, Orana will create a custom field “StayBookingPIN” that will allow guests to access Orana’s guides.
