Safely allows you to know who is staying at your property and offers comprehensive coverage in case of issues. Follow the instructions below to connect Safely to Guesty.
Copy the Guesty API Key
- Log in to your Guesty Account.
- In the top navigation bar, click
- Click on Guesty Marketplace.
- Search for Safely and click Connect.
- In the top right, click Connect.
- In the pop-up window, copy the API key.
- Click on OK.
Connect Safely with Guesty
- Paste the API key into an email.
- Send the email to Safely:
- If this is an onboarding procedure, send a request to onboarding@safely.com
- If you are an active Safely customer, send an email to concierge@safely.com
Disconnecting Listings from Safely
When a listing is disconnected from Safely:
- Existing reservations maintain coverage based on the policy applied before disconnection.
- You should continue to charge for reservations made while the listing was connected to Safely.
- Reservations made after the service interruption will not be covered and will not be charged.
