In Guesty, you can upload and save attachments, such as supplier invoices, instead of using other solutions like Google Drive or Expensify. This will help you keep track of your invoices and make them available for sharing with the relevant manager, if necessary.
You can add an invoice while creating a transaction or attach it to an existing accounting record, such as an owner charge. In both cases, the attachment will be added to the corresponding accounting record. Watch the video below for more information on this feature.
Transaction
Step by step:
- Follow these instructions to add a transaction via accounting reports, directly from the reservation or from the ledger.
- Before clicking on Save, drag or upload the relevant invoices into the "Attachments" box.
Invoices will be added to their respective accounting record. A maximum of 10 documents can be attached to a single accounting record.

Passo dopo passo:
- Accedi al tuo account Guesty.
- Nel menu di navigazione laterale, fai clic
Contabilità per aprire il menu a tendina. - Nella sezione Contabilità generale, seleziona Registrazione giornale.
- Individua la registrazione contabile a cui desideri allegare la fattura. Puoi utilizzare i filtri sopra la tabella delle registrazioni contabili per restringere la ricerca.
- Nella colonna "Allegati" in fondo alla riga, fai clic su Allega file o sull'icona +, se quest'ultima è presente.
- Nel pannello laterale destro, trascina o carica le fatture pertinenti e fai clic su Allega file.
- Fai clic su Aggiungi.
È possibile aggiungere un massimo di 10 allegati a una singola voce del diario.
Importante:
Se la registrazione contabile viene rielaborata, gli allegati verranno eliminati.

Se desideri che il titolare visualizzi fatture e altri allegati nei suoi estratti conto, puoi seguire queste istruzioni.
