If you decide to discontinue the Guesty service, you will still have access to the GuestyPay dashboard to process refunds.

If you are unable to access it, contact our CX team and they will grant you access to the GuestyPay dashboard.

To access the GuestyPay dashboard, open your browser and visit this link, using the same login credentials you previously used to access GuestyPay.

Deactivating Your Guesty Account

Important:

A GuestyPay account with a transaction history must remain active for at least 6 months, as required by regulations.

The account will only be deactivated after all pending transactions (chargebacks, refunds, reserve releases, and payments) have been resolved:

  • Any accumulated reserves (if any) will be released according to the scheduled release timeline.
  • The monthly fee (if applicable) will be applied for the entire duration of the contract, as stipulated in the agreement.

Processing Refunds

You can initiate refunds directly from the GuestyPay dashboard by right-clicking on a processed sales transaction in the Transactions report and selecting Refund or Partial Refund.

In cases where refunds result in a negative balance on your processing account, the amount will be debited from your linked bank account via ACH. This operation is carried out in accordance with our rights described in sections 6 and 8 of the Agreement.
