If you open the Advanced Analytics dashboard but no data is displayed and all tables and charts are empty (showing 0 or 0%), follow the instructions below.
Step by step:
- In the left menu, hover your mouse over the name of the empty dashboard and click on the three dots that appear on the right.
- Click on Restore dashboard.
In the pop-up window, click on the green checkmark.

- Per Safari: cancellare i cookie in Safari su Mac.
- Per Google Chrome: cancellare cache e cookie (computer)
- Per Firefox: come svuotare la cache di Firefox
- Se questo non risolve il problema, individua i filtri nel menu a destra e fai clic sull'icona a spirale nell'angolo in alto a destra per ripristinare i filtri.
