Connecting your Hopper account and listings to Guesty

You can publish your Guesty listings to Hopper and manage them directly in Guesty. Once your Guesty account is connected to Hopper, you can publish listings at any time, and all content will be synced across the platforms. Follow the instructions below.


  • At this time, it is not possible to sign up or create an account with Hopper on their website. If you'd like to list your properties on Hopper, complete the commercial agreement seen below.
  • It may take up to 7 business days for your listings to connect to Hopper. If your listings remain pending after that time, please contact Hopper.
  • Any changes or updates made to your listings may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the channel.

Before you begin

  • Check if you meet the criteria listed in the Eligibility section below to be able to connect with Travelstaytion.
  • Read the Hopper: general information paper.
  • Learn what data is synced between Hopper and Guesty.
  • Note that the host is responsible for collecting security deposit fees (part of basic fees) and any deposits (part of additional fees)directly from Hopper's guests. Any deposits will not be charged by Hopper.


  • Coverage: Hopper only accepts inventory in North America (USA, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbeans).
  • Currency: only USD
  • Check that your listings meet Hopper's requirements for eligibility.

Connecting your account 

Step by step:

  1. Sign the commercial agreement with Hopper.
  2. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  3. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
  4. Click Distribution.
  5. Click the Hopper thumbnail.
  6. Click Start connecting to Hopper.
  7. If you have already signed the commercial agreement with Hopper, in the pop-up, check the box and click Confirm. If you haven’t yet done so, sign the commercial agreement in order to complete the process.
  8. Click Continue to connect listings.

  9. A popup will be shown, displaying the first couple of characters of the token generated for this account’s Hopper integration. Click the copy icon next to the token to copy it. During the account setup process in Hopper, you will be requested to enter this token.


    You can view the token later from the Hopper integration page as well, by clicking more in the top right, then clicking your token.
  10. Select a cancellation policy and a cancellation fee, and then click Next.
  11. Select the listings you want the cancellation policy to apply to.
    • By default, "All my current listings" will be selected. 
      • If this option is chosen, all of your Guesty listings will attempt to sync to Hopper even if they do not fulfill Hopper's listing requirements.
    • To choose specific listings, fill in the bubble next to "Specific listings" and click Select listings to connect. Select your listings from the side menu and click Done.
      • Please note that only multi-units and single units can be linked to Hopper. 
      • Any unlisted or inactive listings will not be published to Hopper. Learn how to activate and list your listings.
  12. Click Done to continue. 
  13. A pop-up will appear letting you know that your listings are pending connection with Hopper. Click Continue to dashboard.

Connecting additional listings

To connect new listings after your Hopper account is connected to Guesty, click Connect listings in the top-right corner of your Hopper dashboard and follow steps 7 to 10 above.

Disconnecting a listing
