Viewing Data from Custom Fields in a Reservation Report

You can create
to add extra details to your listings and reservations. View this data on
by adding it as a column. Follow the instructions below.

Sign in to your
Guesty account. From the top menu, hover over
Reservations then click Reservations reports.
Columns on the right side. Next to the
magnifying glass icon, click Search columns. Search for the
name of the Custom Field. Activate the checkbox of the relevant Custom Field.
Columns to close the sidebar.
The relevant column will appear on the right.
Columns, click Save as New Custom Report. Add a name for the report.
Saving the report is optional, but provides quick access to the columns that were added. View saved reports by clicking the
downward arrow next to the name of the current report. Select the relevant report from the list.
