Viewing Data from Custom Fields in a Reservation Report

You can create Custom Fields to add extra details to your listings and reservations. View this data on customized reports by adding it as a column. Follow the instructions below.

Step by step:

Tip:

Beta navigation users, please note that the steps below refer to the navigation as seen in the Legacy mode. Read more here about locating menu items in the new navigation.

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. From the top menu, hover over Reservations then click Reservations reports.
  3. Click Columns on the right side.
  4. Next to the magnifying glass icon, click Search columns.
  5. Search for the name of the Custom Field.
  6. Activate the checkbox of the relevant Custom Field.
  7. Click Columns to close the sidebar.

Note:

The relevant column will appear on the right. 

  1. Above Columns, click Save as New Custom Report.
  2. Add a name for the report.
  3. Click Save.

Tip:

Saving the report is optional, but provides quick access to the columns that were added. View saved reports by clicking the downward arrow next to the name of the current report. Select the relevant report from the list.
