You can use commission calculations to divide and share incomings between property managers and owners. Set up commission calculations formulas per Guesty account, per listing or per reservation. When setting up a commission calculations formula, the following fields will be displayed.
- Net income formula: the amount of money from which you take your commission
- Commission formula: define your commission for each reservation. Use a placeholder to build a formula to accurately reflect your commission
- Owner's revenue: calculate the revenue of the property owner
- Commission tax: calculated on your commission (this is a percentage amount, and not based on a formula)
Tip:
Use these fields in custom reports to include information related to revenue, such as total payout, owner's revenue, and your revenue.
