Example 1
The property manager's commission is 15% of the accommodation fare, plus the cleaning fee. Set up the formula as follows.
- Net Income Formula: fare_accommodation
- Commission Formula: net_income*0.15+fare_cleaning
Example 2
The property manager's commission is 15% of the accommodation fare, plus the cleaning fee, and the owner's payout is 85% of the accommodation fare. Set up the formula as follows.
- Net Income Formula: fare_accommodation
- Commission Formula: net_income*0.15+fare_cleaning
- Owner's Revenue: net_income*0.85
