Using Guest Communication Services During Your Off-Hours

Our Guest Communication Services team is here to answer questions from guests on your behalf, 24-hours a day. You can choose to use this service only during your off-hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holiday periods. Your team will communicate with guests as usual during their scheduled hours, and our Guest Service Experts will handle the rest. The off-hours can be customized to fit your business needs.

When contacting us via the above link, click the General Question icon, followed by the Guesty Feature icon. Under "Select a Guesty feature", select Guest Communication Services from the drop-down.
