Create a check-in form that is sent to guests prior to arrival to gather information about their stay. Once you've created a template, you can automate the sending of it via an Automated Message.

As one check-in form is created per Guesty account, choose whether to use it for short stays or extended stay reservations. Separate the correspondence by adding sending conditions to the Automated Message templates. Learn more.
