Sending a screenshot to a Customer Experience

You can contact our Customer Experience team at any time. Create and add a screenshot or file to your query to help us better understand your question and resolve the issue.
Follow the steps below to attach a screenshot to your inquiry.

Step by step:

  1. Go to the Guesty contact page.
  2. Select the most relevant category.
  3. Under Description on the "Submit a ticket" page, click Attach a file.

Important:

When attaching a screenshot, review it to ensure that sensitive information is not visible.

Supported file types

  • Images: jpeg, jpg, png, gif, ico, bmp, and tiff.
  • Documents: pdf, doc, docx, ppt, pptx, xls, and xlsx.
  • Audio: wav, aif, aifc, aiff, mp3, mpga, mpg, mpa, gsd, gsm, au, and snd.
  • Video: mp4.
  • Other: csv and xml.
