Attaching a Screenshot to a Customer Solutions Query

Step by step:

  1. Go to the Guesty Contact Page.
  2. Select the most relevant category.
  3. Under Description on the "Submit a Ticket" page, click Attach a file.

Important:

If attaching a screenshot, please review it to ensure that sensitive information is not revealed.

Supported File Types

  • Images: jpeg, jpg, png, gif, ico, bmp, and tiff.
  • Documents: pdf, doc, docx, ppt, pptx, xls, and xlsx.
  • Audio: wav, aif, aifc, aiff, mp3, mpga, mpg, mpa, gsd, gsm, au, and snd.
  • Video: mp4.
  • Other: csv and xml.
