If you are unable to change the status of a reservation from "inquiry" to "confirmed", it may indicate that a confirmed reservation was received for overlapping dates after the inquiry arrived in Guesty. If this occurs, you will see one of the following error messages when making the change.
Can't confirm reservation with specified dates.
The selected multi-unit is not available for the reservation dates.
Check the Listing's Calendar or Multi-Calendar to see if an overlapping reservation has been received.
