If you are unable to change the status of a reservation from "inquiry" to "confirmed", it may indicate that a confirmed reservation was received for overlapping dates after the inquiry arrived in Guesty. If this occurs, you will see one of the following error messages when making the change.
- Can't confirm reservation with specified dates.
- The selected multi-unit is not available for the reservation dates.

Check the Listing's Calendar or Multi-Calendar to see if an overlapping reservation has been received.
