Same-guest reservations are merged under the same conversation thread in the Inbox to provide you with the context of past communication with that guest.
For Vrbo, when an inquiry becomes a confirmed reservation, a separate conversation thread will open if any of the following change since the inquiry was sent:
- Check-in date.
- Check-out date.
- Number of guests.
- Full name of the guest.
- Listing.
