Editing your Auto List Rules

You can activate Auto List and edit its rules. Follow the instructions below.

Important:

This feature is not available for listings linked with Agoda and Booking.com.

Step by step:

Beta navigation users, please note that the steps below refer to the navigation as seen in the Legacy mode. Read more here about locating menu items in the new navigation.

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top menu, click Listings.
  3. Click the relevant listing.
  4. If the listing is a multi-unit, access the listing's main settings or click a sub-unit. Learn how to do this here.
  5. In the listing's menu, click Automation.
  6. From the drop-down, select Auto List.
  7. Under Auto List, turn on the Active toggle.
  8. Click the fields with the time you do not want the listing to be listed. Green hours are "listed" and red hours are "unlisted".
  9. To control the hours for each day of the week separately, deactivate the Same on all days checkbox and make any relevant changes.
  10. Click Save.

Note:

When editing Auto List rules via a multi-unit listing's main settings, you will be prompted to choose whether or not it should apply to all the listing's sub-units. Click Yes or No.
