Unassigning a sub-unit from a multi-unit reservation

The information in this article is relevant only for Pro users at this time.

If a reservation at a multi-unit listing has been assigned to a sub-unit, you can unassign it at any time, if needed. This is useful when relocating several reservations. Follow the instructions below.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Reservations.
  4. Click the relevant reservation.
  5. In the "Summary" section, click the pencil icon.
  6. Under "Assigned Unit", click the x next to the currently assigned sub-unit.
  7. Click Change.
