Collecting a scheduled Auto Payment early

You can collect an Auto Payment before it is scheduled to be collected. Follow the instructions below.

Since we are still deploying our new dashboard, follow the instructions for "Legacy navigation" if your search bar is in a blue line above the top navigation bar.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Financials mode.
  3. Click Reservations.
  4. Click the relevant reservation.
  5. In the gray banner at the top of the page, click Balance due. 
  6. Under "Payments", hover over the relevant scheduled payment and click the three dots to the right.
  7. Click Charge now.
