Automated messages let you automate the sending of messages that you use repeatedly. You can add conditions to choose whether or not an automated message will be sent.
See our troubleshooting below if a scheduled message was not canceled, even though the reservation's details no longer meet the sending conditions.
Check when the automated message is scheduled to be sent. Since some sending conditions change often, an automated message is only canceled right before sending when the reservation's details no longer meet the conditions. Once canceled, the message will be removed from the reservation’s list of upcoming messages in the Inbox widget.
The following conditions are checked before sending:
- Planned Arrival
- Planned Departure
- Reservation was fully paid
- Guest submitted a review
- Guest should be auto reviewed
