Listings

Set up your ApartHotels as multi-units and connect them to booking channels. A multi-unit is a type of listing in Guesty that is made up of sub-units. Your ApartHotel is the multi-unit and the individual rooms are the sub-units. Once set up, reservations are managed through the Multi-Calendar.

Booking channels

Connect booking channels to your Guesty account.
The following channels support multi-units:
  • Airbnb
  • Booking.com
  • SiteMinder

Revenue management

Use Guesty's Rate Strategy feature to automate the adjustment of nightly rates and availability and create Rate Plans to increase occupancy.

Communication

Manage guest communication through Guesty's unified Inbox and utilize Automated Messages to send messages you use repeatedly.

Automation tools

Use Guesty's Automation tools to set payment policies and collect guest payments or to create recurring tasks and assign them to the relevant personnel, for example.
