- On your listing page in Airbnb, make sure your license number has been entered: This field can be edited while the listing's sync settings are set to "Pricing & Availability".
- Contact the city authority and ask them to provide documents/proof that you are allowed to short-term rent.
- Ask the city authority to contact Airbnb and update them that you are allowed to short-term rent.
If the city authority refuses to contact Airbnb or it is taking more than seven business days, contact us and provide a screenshot as proof of your communications with the city.
