Payments error message: "No such payment method"

You can use Stripe to collect guest payments in Guesty, and you can have one Stripe account connected to your Guesty account at a time. If you receive this error message when trying to charge a guest's credit card, it indicates that the card is in an old Stripe account, and has not been added to your new account. To resolve this issue, add the guest's payment method to your new account, in one of the following ways:
  1. Add the credit card details manually in Guesty.
  2. Send the guest an invoice with a payment link.
Once the new payment method details are received in Guesty, they will update in the new Stripe account.
