Control a listing's availability settings and determine whether the calendar should be available or blocked by default. Updates made apply from midnight after changes are made. Follow the instructions below to set the calendar availability to available by default.
Note:
If the listing is a multi-unit, this feature is managed via the multi-unit's main settings, rather than via a sub-unit's settings. The settings will automatically apply to all sub-units. Learn more.Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Properties.
- Click the relevant listing.
- In the listing's menu, click Calendar.
- Under the "Calendar availability" field, click Edit.
- Under “Default Availability”, select Available Always.
- Customize the fields if relevant.
- Click Save.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- click the Multi-Calendar icon

- In the left sidebar, select the relevant property.
- In the listing's menu, click Calendar, and select Availability settings.
- Click Edit.
- Under “Default Availability”, select Available Always.
- Customize the fields if relevant.
- Click Save.

Changed your mind? Set the calendar as blocked by default. You can also set how much advance notice is needed ahead of the check-in date and determine how far into the future guests can make a reservation.
