Calendar-Based Tasks are tasks that are scheduled around specific calendar dates.
Auto Tasks are tasks that are scheduled around and automatically triggered by a certain event in a reservation's life-cycle, such as "Confirmed" or "Check-in".
You can create a one-time Calendar-Based Task or a recurring Calendar-Based Task, which is comprised of individual tasks known as "instances". See information relevant to recurring Calendar-Based Tasks below.
