Automated Messages: Message was sent with a "null" variable

Variables can be added to an Automated Message to personalize the message and provide the guest with additional information.

When the value propagating the variable is a code generated by a third-party service provider, be sure to set the Automated Message to be sent one hour after confirmation to allow sufficient time for the third party to generate the code and update Guesty. 

We suggest creating an Automated Message template to be sent at confirmation to inform the guest that the code will be sent within the hour.
