Why can't I send a copied automated message from the Inbox?

Variables can be added to automated messages to personalize the message and provide the guest with additional information. One type of variable is for "next reservation variables", which are not supported in the Guesty Inbox.

If you copy an automated message to send from the Inbox, be sure to remove these variables. Otherwise, the (copied) message will not send.
