Disconnecting a Marketplace integration

Disconnecting a Marketplace integration will remove the access it had to your Guesty account, so that it can no longer update information in Guesty or retrieve data from Guesty. To deactivate or cancel your account with the third-party service provider altogether, reach out to their support. Follow the instructions below to disconnect a Marketplace integration.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, and select Guesty Marketplace.
  3. Click the relevant partner thumbnail.
  4. In the top right corner, click Disconnect.
  5. In the pop-up, type DISCONNECT - letters only, all capital.
  6. Click Disconnect.
  7. In the top menu, click Integrations. Then, select API.
  8. Click the relevant integration.
  9. Click Delete.
  10. In the pop-up, type in your name - letters only, as they appear in the pop-up.
  11. Click Delete.

Note:

  • It can take up to 24 hours for access credentials to be revoked. If you need to disconnect immediately, disconnect Guesty on the partner's end as well.
  • Disconnecting a partner in Guesty does not stop the partner's billing cycle.
  • Partner webhooks will be deleted one week after the partner is disconnected in Guesty.
  • Disconnecting a partner will not automatically reset changes already made by the partner to reservations, calendar prices, listings, or other objects. If you need to reset updates made by the partner, reach out to Guesty CX.
