If you are publishing a listing to TripAdvisor and the process has failed, you may see the following error message: PASS_MANUAL_VERIFICATION. This indicates that a verification link has not yet been clicked in a TripAdvisor email.
To resolve this, locate the email and complete the verification process with TripAdvisor. Once done, click Failed next to the relevant listing on the TripAdvisor integration page in Guesty, and select Retry from the drop-down.
