You can use Guesty's Auto Reviews feature to automate the process of posting guest reviews for your Airbnb reservations. If you no longer wish to use this feature for a certain listing, you can deactivate it. Follow the instructions below.
Note:
If the listing is a multi-unit, Auto Reviews is managed via the multi-unit's main settings, rather than via a sub-unit's settings. Learn more.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Properties.
- Click the relevant listing.
- In the listing's sidebar menu, click Automation.
- From the drop-down, select Auto Reviews.
- Under "AUTOREVIEWS", turn off the Active toggle.
- In the pop-up that appears, click Disable.
