All Auto Reviews are posted after the relevant guest checks out. You can choose how many days after check-out the review should be posted when you activate a listing's Auto Reviews feature or at any time after that. Follow the instructions below.
Note:
The delay is set to three days by default.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Listings.
- Click the relevant listing.
- From the listing's menu, click Automation.
- From the drop-down, select Auto Reviews.
- To the right of "Delay (in days)", enter the desired number of days.
- Click Save.
