Automate the process of leaving guest reviews for your Airbnb reservations by allowing Guesty to post them on your behalf.
Create a template for the review, choose when you'd like reviews to be posted, and the default star rating. You can add, edit or delete an Auto Review template at any time.
Tip:
We recommend creating several Auto Review templates to prevent identical reviews.

Follow the instructions below to delete a template.
Step by step:
Note:
If the listing is a multi-unit, templates are managed via the multi-unit's main settings, rather than via a sub-unit's settings. The templates will automatically apply to all sub-units.
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, open the mode selector, and select Operations mode.
- Click Properties.
- Click the relevant listing.
- In the left-side menu, click Automation.
- From the drop-down, select Auto Reviews.
- On the right side of the relevant template, click
. - Click Save.

- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click Listings.
- Click the relevant listing.
- Click Automation.
- From the drop-down, select Auto Reviews.
- Click Edit.
- Click next to the template you'd like to delete.
- Click Save.
