Automate the process of leaving guest reviews for your Airbnb reservations by allowing Guesty to post them on your behalf. Create a template for the review, choose when you'd like reviews to be posted, and the default star rating. You can add, edit or delete an Auto Review template at any time. Follow the instructions below to delete a template.
Note:
If the listing is a multi-unit, templates are managed via the multi-unit's main settings, rather than via a sub-unit's settings. The templates will automatically apply to all sub-units. Learn more.

- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Listings.
- Click the relevant listing.
- In the listing's menu, click Automation.
- From the drop-down, select Auto Reviews.
- On the right side of the relevant template, click the trash icon.
- Click Save.
Tip:
We recommend creating several Auto Review templates to prevent identical reviews.
