If you are trying to add an additional fee to a reservation manually but find that the relevant fee is missing from the In the pop-up under "Type", check how additional fees are set up on the reservation's listing.
When creating additional fees per listing, there is a Use account settings checkbox:
- If activated, the listing will have the additional fees you set up on the account-level.
- If deactivated, the listing will have the additional fees you set up for that listing.
If the additional fee you are trying to add to the reservation was set up on the account-level and the Use account settings checkbox is activated on the reservation's listing, the fee will not be available for you to add to any reservation made on that listing.
To resolve the issue, you can either deactivate the Use account settings checkbox or keep it activated and add the relevant fee to that listing.
