Reservations: Unable to add the same additional fee twice

When you add an additional fee to a reservation manually, you will only be able to add each type of fee once. For example, if you add an accommodation fare discount and then you need to provide an additional discount, you will not be able to select Accommodation fare discount again. Instead, you will need to edit the existing discount by clicking the pencil icon next to "Accommodation fare discount" in the guest invoice section.
