Reservations: Reservation Status Changed in the Booking Channel but Not in Guesty

If a reservation status changes in the booking channel the reservation was made through but that change does not update in Guesty, it could indicate that one of the following has happened:
  • The listing is no longer connected to the booking channel
  • The booking channel account has been disconnected
  • The listing has been deactivated
