Once a rate strategy has been created, you can add rules that automatically set rate restrictions based on your needs and choose which listings these rules will apply to. A listing can only be applied to one rate strategy. If you change your mind and want to remove listings assigned to a rate strategy, you can unassign them. Learn more below.

Assigning listings to a rate strategy
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
- Click Revenue management and select Rate strategy.
- Select the relevant rate strategy.
- In the top-right, click Assign listings.
- Under Assign Listings, click Unassigned.
- Activate the checkboxes of the relevant listings.
- If relevant, click Override existing prices and minimum nights to replace any prices/minimum nights that have been set manually on each listing's calendar.
- Click Assign.
Note:
Are you assigning a multi-unit listing? Only the multi-unit's main listing will be displayed. The rules will automatically apply to all sub-units.
Unassigning listings to a rate strategy
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the icon drop-down menu and select Growth mode.
- Click Revenue management and select Rate strategy.
- Select the relevant rate strategy.
- In the top-right, click Assign listings.
- Under Assign Listings, click Assigned.
- Deactivate the checkboxes of the relevant listings.
- Click Unassign.
- In the pop-up, click Yes, unassign.
