Archive a message in the Guesty Inbox to hide conversations that have already been handled. You can unarchive messages at any time. Follow the instructions below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Inbox.
- From the drop-down, click Guests Inbox.
- At the bottom of the left-most vertical toolbar, click the
icon. - Select the relevant message on the left side.
- Above the opened conversation thread, click the
icon.
Tip:
You can archive a message at any time.
