Unable to Change the Status of a Reservation

If you are unable to change the status of a reservation, check the source of the reservation. Changes to the length of a reservation can be made via Guesty for manual, Vrbo and Misterb&b reservations, or those made via a Guesty Booking Website
Alternatively, if you are unable to change the status from Inquiry to Confirmed, it may indicate that a confirmed reservation was received for the same dates after the inquiry arrived in Guesty. Learn more.
