When you use Guesty's Guest Communication Services (GCS) you have the ability to let us know when and how you want us to contact you, for example, to email you at a specific address or to call a certain number when urgent. Follow the instructions below to let us know when and how to contact you.
Step by step:
Sign in to your Guesty account.
In the top-right corner, click on your profile picture.
From the drop-down, click My profile.
Scroll down to the "For "Receptionists use" service" section.
Under "Note before receptionists should contact", enter you preferences.
