You can delete Auto Payment rules for a specific listing or cancel a scheduled Auto Payment for a specific reservation. Follow the instructions below to cancel a scheduled payment for a reservation.
Important:
Always cancel a scheduled Auto Payment before collecting a manual payment, to avoid duplicated payments on a reservation.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Reservations.
- Select the relevant reservation.
- In the gray banner at the top of the page, click Balance due.
- Under "Payments", hover over the relevant scheduled payment and click the three dots to the right.
- Click Cancel payment.
- Click Yes, cancel payment.
