Canceling a Scheduled Auto Payment per Reservation

You can delete Auto Payment rules for a specific listing or cancel a scheduled Auto Payment for a specific reservation. Follow the instructions below to cancel a scheduled payment for a reservation.


Always cancel a scheduled Auto Payment before collecting a manual payment, to avoid duplicated payments on a reservation.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top menu, click Reservations.
  3. Select the relevant reservation.
  4. In the gray banner at the top of the page, click Balance due. 
  5. Under "Payments", hover over the relevant scheduled payment and click the three dots to the right.
  6. Click Cancel payment.
  7. Click Yes, cancel payment.
