Emails from response@airbnb.com will reach a dedicated section in the Inbox and will also be forwarded to the forwarding email of the relevant Airbnb account.

Important:

Make sure your Airbnb account email has been replaced with your Guesty integration email. This is what enables the flow of communication between the Airbnb messaging platform and Guesty.

Guesty supports Airbnb communication that was escalated to email correspondence, not notifications for Airbnb in-app conversations with the Airbnb support team.

 

Follow the instructions below to communicate with response@airbnb from the Inbox.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top menu, click .
  3. From the left-side menu, select Airbnb channel inbox icon.
  4. Click the relevant conversation to the left, according to the account nickname in the blue box.
  5. At the bottom of the page, click Type your message here.
  6. Type your message in the message box.
  7. Click Send.
