You can use Guesty's Auto Reviews feature to automate the process of posting guest reviews for your Airbnb reservations. Once a review of the guest has been posted, you'll be able to see a guest's own review of their stay.
Important:
Importing Guest review history isn't supported. Guesty can only import reviews for reservations that were created in Guesty — meaning not all Airbnb listing reviews will be shown.
Follow the instructions below to see these reviews in Guesty.
Step by Step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Reservations.
- Click the name of the current view on the top left-hand side.
- In the sidebar that opens, click All.
- Click Reviews left in the last 7 days or Reviews left in the last 14 days to see the reviews.

You can also access all your guest and host reviews on Airbnb host reviews on Airbnb.
