The Percentage App

• Create contacts, invoices, purchase orders, and more every time a new Guesty reservation is created or confirmed.
• Find and update contacts, invoices, purchase orders, and more every time a Guesty reservation is updated.
• Customize which account should receive payments from each listing, each individual invoice item, fee type, booking channel, and even credit card provider.
• Define how taxes should be accounted for.

Copy the Guesty API Key

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
2. In the top menu, hover over Integrations.
3. From the drop-down, click Marketplace.
4. On the Percentage App thumbnail, click Connect.
5. In the top right corner, click Connect.
6. Click the API Key to copy it.
7. Click Ok.

Connect The Percentage App with Guesty

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your Percentage App account.
2. Under "Settings"' click Guesty connection.
3. Paste in the API Key you copied.
4. Click Save.
5. In the pop-up, click OK.
6. Click Connect.
7. In the pop-up, click OK.

Connect The Percentage App with QuickBooks

Step by step:

1. Sign in to your Percentage App account.
2. Under "Settings"' click Quickbooks connection.
3. Click Connect.
4. In the pop-up, click OK.
5. On the page you are redirected to, from the drop-down under "Search for a company", click the relevant company.
6. Click Next.
7. On the Guesty Mapping page you are redirected to, you will need to map Guesty fees and payment methods to QuickBooks.
8. Once completely mapped, click Save.
9. In the pop-up, click OK.
