Important:
For reservations created with the new Quotes and Book flow, coupons are accessed and stored in Revenue Management. Follow instructions here.
For reservations created with v1 endpoints, the coupons will work from BE API coupon section.

- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Integrations.
- From the drop-down, select Distribution.
- Click the Booking Engine API instance thumbnail.
- To the right of the relevant instance, click Edit.
- In the top-right corner, click Coupons.
- To the left, under "New coupon", fill in the relevant information:
- Coupon name
- Internal name
- Discount
- Under "Discount", click Restrictions.
- Fill in the relevant information.
- Click Create coupon.
Tip:
Coupons containing special characters cannot be redeemed: Please use numbers and letters only.
Note:
The limit on a coupon's uses under "Total uses" is based on the number of reservations that can be created with that coupon. If the limit of 10, 10 guests can use it for one reservation each, or one guest can use it for 10 separate reservations.
