Hostkit

Hostkit (formerly SIGA) is an integrated management tool for Portuguese property owners. You can send guest data to SEF, handle your invoicing, and automate the Modelo 30 tax form, city taxes, and INE IPHH report.

Copy the Guesty API key

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the Integrations Center icon.
  3. Click Guesty Marketplace.
  4. Search for HostKit, then click Connect.
  5. In the top right corner, click Connect.
  6. Click the API key to copy it.
  7. Click Ok.

Connect Hostkit with Guesty

Step by step:

  1. If you don’t have a Hostkit account already, enter here, and click 14-day free trial.
  2. Following registration, Hostkit will send you an email to verify your account. Click the link attached (skip the onboarding part).

  3. To import your listings, click Properties > Import from Channel Manager > Guesty. Then, paste the API token copied before, and click Import properties.

  4. To import your reservations, click Reservations > Import from Channel Manager. Then, wait until all the reservations are imported.

  5. Complete your Hostkiit setup to start automating most of your bureaucracy.
