Listing: Check-in or check-out time is not syncing with booking channel

Follow the troubleshooting below if you set the default check-in or check-out times for a listing in Guesty, but those times are not correctly displayed in the booking channel.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
  3. Click Properties
  4. Select the relevant listing.
  5. In the "Details & layout" section, click Property.
  6. Scroll down to the "Terms" section.
  7. Make any change to the setting that is not being displayed correctly on the booking channel, i.e. check-in or check-out time.
  8. Wait for the change to save: A blue bar will indicate that the change is being saved. It will disappear once saved.
  9. Repeat the steps with the check-in or check-out time you want to be synced with the booking channel.

It can take up to 24 hours for the check-in or check-out time to sync with the booking channel. If the times are still incorrect after that, contact us.

Note:

The "Default Check-in End Time" setting is an Airbnb function and only syncs with Airbnb.
