Follow the troubleshooting below if you set the default check-in or check-out times for a listing in Guesty, but those times are not correctly displayed in the booking channel.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Properties
- Select the relevant listing.
- For a multi-unit, select the main settings: The number of bedrooms/beds will update in the sub-units automatically.
- In the "Details & layout" section, click Property.
- Scroll down to the "Terms" section.
- Make any change to the setting that is not being displayed correctly on the booking channel, i.e. check-in or check-out time.
- Wait for the change to save: A blue bar will indicate that the change is being saved. It will disappear once saved.
- Repeat the steps with the check-in or check-out time you want to be synced with the booking channel.

- Repeat the steps with the check-in or check-out time you want to be synced with the booking channel.
It can take up to 24 hours for the check-in or check-out time to sync with the booking channel. If the times are still incorrect after that, contact us.
Note:
The "Default Check-in End Time" setting is an Airbnb function and only syncs with Airbnb.
