Archive a message in the Guesty Inbox to archive the entire conversation thread once it has already been handled. Follow the instructions below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top menu, click Inbox.
- From the drop-down, select Guests inbox.
- Select the relevant message on the left side.
- Above the opened conversation thread, click the
icon.
Note:
If the conversation was assigned to a user, the assignee will be removed once the conversation is archived.
