ResortCleaning provides property managers, housekeepers and service companies the tools to effectively manage vacation rentals. Features include:

  • Scheduling for cleaners and maintenance staff

  • Vendor and employee payroll management
  • Different setups for the cleanings being handled by property managers or by an outside cleaning company
Follow the instructions below to connect ResortCleaning to Guesty.

Tip:

Set up ResortCleaning properties and teams before initiating the integration with Guesty.

Copy the Guesty API Key

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the icon drop-down menu and select Setup mode.
  3. Click Integrations, then select Marketplace.
  4. Search for "ResortCleaning" then click Connect.
  5. At the top right click Connect.
  6. In the pop-up, copy the Integration token.
  7. Click OK.

Important:

The API token is valid for 4 hours only, proceed to the below steps to connect the partner immediately.

Connect ResortCleaning With Guesty

Beta navigation users, please note that the steps below refer to the navigation as seen in the Legacy mode. Read more here about locating menu items in the new navigation.

  1. Sign in to your ResortCleaning account, or sign up through this link.
  2. Import a CSV file, or set up your properties manually.
  3. Set up your teams and cleaners.
  4. On the lefthand side, click Integrations.
  5. Select "Guesty", or select "Guesty Direct" if both options appear.
  6. In the relevant field, enter the API key copied in the steps above.
  7. Click "Connect to Guesty".
  8. Once your Guesty listings are imported, map them to the relevant properties in ResortCleaning.
