Follow the troubleshooting below if you add an image to a listing in Guesty, but that image is not correctly displayed on the booking channel.
Important:
Vrbo supports up to 50 images per listing. Before adding new images to a Vrbo listings, archive any old ones in Vrbo to ensure that you stay below the 50 image threshold.

Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click mode selector and select Operations mode.
- Click Properties.
- Select the relevant listing.
For a multi-unit, select the main settings: The number of bedrooms/beds will update in the sub-units automatically. - Click Marketing and scroll to the "Pictures" section.
- Click and drag the image that is not displaying correctly to a new position in the images list.
- Click Save.
- Repeat the steps to click and drag the pictures into the order you would like them displayed on the booking channel.

- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the Calendar icon.
- Click the relevant listing.
- In the listing's menu, click Marketing and select Photos.
- Click and drag the image that is not displaying correctly to a new position in the images list.
- Click Save.
- Repeat the steps to click and drag the pictures into the order you would like them displayed on the booking channel.
It can take up to 24 hours for the images to sync with the booking channel. If they are still incorrect after that, contact us.
